<p style="text-align: justify;">KAISA is open access and peer-reviewed journal in the fields of Education and Learning published by the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of STAIN Bengkalis, Indonesia. The publication of an article in KAISA is an essential building block in the development of a respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">KAISA journal published two times a year in the following months: March and September. Each issue consists of nine (9) articles and therefore every volume has eighteen (18) articles.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The focus of KAISA is to provide scientific articles on Education and Learning that developed in attendance through academic articles, critical statements on current issues, developmental practice, action. <div><p>The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of student perceptions on the interest in the teaching profession to become a teacher. 2) The influence of the family environment on the interest in becoming a teacher. 3) Competencies that must be possessed by professional teachers. It turns out that it is true that student perceptions of the teaching profession have a significant effect on interest in becoming a teacher. This means that students' perceptions of the teaching profession directly have a great influence on the formation of interest in becoming a teacher. In addition, the family environment also has a significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher. This means that the family environment is indirectly able to have a big influence on students' interest in becoming teachers. Meanwhile, the criteria that must be met by a professional teacher include 4 things, namely: 1) pedagogic competence, namely the teacher's competency in conveying learning material including an understanding of students; 2) personality competence, namely attitude and behavior as a professional teacher figure; 3) social competence, namely the ability to establish relationships with the learning community including teachers, students, and parents of students; and 4) professional teacher competence related to mastery of learning material content.</p></div>nur rikza rikzaPutri Nofiana

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Sex education in Indonesia is as yet viewed as a no liable to be given to youngsters and youths. Guardians and grown-ups are as yet awkward and hesitant when kids and young people pose inquiries connected with sex and decide to dive into the discussion or let them know that they will find out for themselves when they grow up. Schooling is essentially an endeavor to give information about the capability of the regenerative organs by imparting ethics, morals, and responsibility so there is no maltreatment of the conceptive organs by giving information and understanding into sex training for these youths to keep them from wantonness, forestalling sex beyond marriage, to get to know a portion of the illnesses/results brought about by sex that is too soon. <p>Kurangnya inisiatif keaktifan siswa Kelas V SDN Pekayon Jaya V dalam mata pelajaran PKn menyebabkan nilai yang masih jauh dari tingkatan KKM. Maksud dari analisis penelitian yang saya lakukan ialah untuk meninjau peningkatan hasil belajar para siswa dalam materi keputusan bersama dengan metode memainkan peran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif. Metode yang dikenakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Agustus hingga bulan Oktober, subjek analisis penelitian yang dibutuhkan yakni sebanyak 23 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 12 siswa perempuan dan 11 siswa laki-laki. Sifat yang digunakan untuk prosedur penelitian ini adalah siklus yang terbagi menjadi dua (2) siklus. Kedua siklus mempunyai 4 tahap yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Sistem akumulasi data mengombinasikan antara ujian formatif dengan tinjauan lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan ialah bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif bisa memaksimalkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi keputusan bersama, dibandingkan dari model pembelajaran lainnya. Presentase pada ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa telah memperoleh kenaikan yang relevan setelah dilaksanakan pembaruan pada pembelajaran, pada hasil sebelum pembaruan pembelajaran terdapat 8 siswa atau 34,78% dari 23 siswa. Pembelajaran siklus I mengalami peningkatan, siswa dengan nilai 75 keatas sebanyak 18 siswa atau 78,26% dari 23 siswa, dan saat pembaruan siklus II jadi 23 siswa atau 100% dari 23 siswa.</p>Apit DulyapitAlya Kamila Zahrani
