The people of Ulu Pulau village often practice renting, one of which is renting land. And the implementation of land renting that occurs is that the land becomes the object of rent that is utilized by the lessee by taking the land material for the material to produce bricks. And this reality is very contrary to the nature of renting itself, namely that the object of the contract must not be damaged or reduced in substance. Actually, the practice of renting has deviations, where the lessee takes the land material for the raw material for making bricks, while in essence renting is the sale and purchase of the benefits of an object without any transfer of ownership rights. The Ulu Pulau community only knows the rental contract that occurs, but in reality, the contract that occurs contains another contract, namely the musyrakah contract, namely in the payment stage that occurs, namely profit sharing so that in essence it is a Multi Contract. For the purpose of this implementation, it is to inform the public about the Contract that Occurs according to the perspective of Islamic economics. And in the production of bricks, the brick manager uses other people's land, provides capital and skills in brick production. In its implementation, it must also be based on Islamic law so that no party is harmed and oppressed
