About the Journal

Al-Marjan: Journal of Islamic Family Law is peer reviewed journal by Program Studi Hukum Keluarga Islam IAIN Datuk Laksemana Bengkalis. The Journal is aimed at spreading the research result conducted by academicians, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Islamic Family Law. Al-Marjan is published twice a year (June and December) by Al-Marjan Research Centre of the Department of Islamic Family Law, IAIN Datuk Laksemana Bengkalis since 2023. Al-Marjan always places Islamic Family Law, Gender Discourse, and Islamic Civil Law in the central focus of academic inquiry.
