Peer Review Process

In the review process, Jurnal Langgam Komunikasi involves authors, the Editor-in-Chief, Editors, and reviewers. The journal applies a Double-Blind Peer Review model, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. The editorial team makes every effort to ensure that reviewers do not know the identity of the authors whose manuscripts they are reviewing, in order to maintain confidentiality.

Each submitted manuscript is initially examined by the Editor-in-Chief and Editors. If the manuscript meets the focus, scope, and author guidelines of Jurnal Langgam Komunikasi, it will be forwarded to reviewers for evaluation of its content and originality. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the authors.

Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers within approximately 1–3 weeks, based on predetermined and agreed-upon evaluation criteria. On average, the entire review and publication process takes about two months from submission to publication.
